Project PB Alpha - Welcome!
- Are you looking for a fun opportunity to practice remote viewing in a team context?
- Do you ever wonder if someone could win the Powerball ("PB") lottery that way?
- Wanna go for it?
Goals:
- To offer opportunities for people to practice their remote viewing skills in small and large groups, predicting specific events, via Zoom.
- To attract a sufficient number of team members for our upcoming Powerball prediction (Phase 2, details below)
- * Update Aug. 7 - to make it easier for participants to feel comfortable, the previously listed idea of recording our sessions together on video has been removed from the project.
Dates:
The events are listed by date on the registration page (the link is at the bottom of this page). As you'll see by reading the details below, you can participate in one or more small events to be a part of the final Powerball prediction. Please don't register without reading everything below first.
Who can participate?
- Participants must be trained in remote viewing, either through using Sean McNamara's book "Signal and Noise," or his online course, or even from any other trainers! BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME! EXPERIENCED VIEWERS ARE WELCOME TOO! Keep in mind, you must already have a working knowledge of the basic remote viewing protocol. You can use CRV, ERV, Sean's style of RV, etc. It's your choice, as long as you have at least some experience successfully viewing targets. You don't have to be exceptional, just willing to have fun and let go of the need to be right.
- This is for people who are at least 18 years old.
- Be aware the final prediction will be for the Powerball lottery, whose tickets can be purchased in 44 states across the U.S.A. You may participate if you live outside the U.S., since purchasing a ticket is NOT a requirement to do the remote viewing.
Is there still room left to sign up?
Each Phase 1 event is limited to 20 viewers. For the most up-to-date count, visit the registration page (scroll to the bottom of this page for the link).
Is there a fee to participate?
The fee per event is $20. The deposit is $50 ($30 is refunded immediately after the event)
Because "no shows" pose a significant risk to the whole team's efforts, a refundable deposit of $50 will be asked when you pay via each event's PayPal button. Within 24 hours of the event's conclusion (the feedback session), everyone who participated fully will be refunded $30 via PayPal. Participants who aren't present for the entire event will be considered a "no show" and forfeit their $50 deposit. Those who "no show" will be unable to register for future events.

Why is there a fee?
The fee serves two purposes:
- It serves as a filter to attract only participants with a good level of professionalism, maturity, and commitment.
- To compensate Sean for planning the events, hosting the Zoom platform, selecting target images, analysis/judging of transcripts, and other aspects of project management.
Is winning the lottery guaranteed?
No. Although Sean has already led a team to successfully win two small lotteries (and see his book Signal and Noise), they have also lost or come very close on several occasions. There is no way to guarantee results. Your participation should be in anticipation of having fun, meeting like-minded people, learning Sean's protocol for lottery predictions, and working with new targets. Winning a jackpot is the lowest priority.
Who should NOT participate?
- Those who are in dire need of money. The associated emotions are likely to cloud your ability to perceive your target, and winning is not guaranteed
- Those who would be unhappy or disappointed by not winning the lottery
- Those who are unfamiliar with using Zoom
- Those who don't know either how to take a photo with their phone and email the image to someone else, or who don't have access to a scanner at home (and know how to use it). Sending photos of your transcript (quickly) is a crucial step in the prediction process.
What is the overall view of this project?
There are two phases:
- Phase 1 - Multiple, small group (20 people max) predictions, over the next few months (Fall-Winter 2020). You may participate in one or more Phase 1 events to be eligible for Phase 2.
- Phase 2 - This is the large group prediction (Powerball), and the team will be composed of remote viewers who participated in one or more of the Phase 1 predictions. Phase 2 will take place in January or February of 2021, depending on how quickly the minimum team size is met. Sean will also coordinate a separate, hand-picked team of analysts/judges to help review transcripts to determine the predicted winning numbers in time for everyone to purchase their tickets.
What format will be used for FEEDBACK?
Instead of 2-dimensional pictures, we'll be using short, 3-dimensional, 360-degree videos. Your feedback link will be emailed to you so that you can watch your feedback video on YouTube.
- Here's an example. When you are ready to do a viewing, use this COORDINATE: 636675

On a desktop computer, you can click and drag on the screen to move it around. If you're using a phone, simply hold it up and move it around to change perspective while the video plays.
Schedule of a Phase 1 event (small group prediction):
The event is composed of two parts in the same day, with a break in-between. The small event being predicted is the Colorado "Pick 3" lottery's mid-day drawing, using associative remote viewing (ARV). Many participants will be outside of Colorado and unable to purchase a ticket, so participation should not be based on the ability to buy a ticket. The jackpot is small, so this is about using the Pick 3 as a 3rd party random event generator, and not really about the money.
PART A:
Mid-day break:
IMPORTANT: Do NOT check online for the winning numbers before we reconvene at 3:00 pm over Zoom. The reason for this will be discussed in the morning session.
PART B:
PART A:
- The Zoom meeting will begin at 9:00 am MST.
- 9:00 am - 10:00am Greeting, orientation, process review, Q&A
- 10:00 am - Coordinate assignment and remote viewing. Once you receive your coordinate, you'll go offline to do your viewing session, then immediately send images of your transcripts to the coordinator (Sean) via email. Transcripts should be submitted by 11:00 am.
- Noon - The predicted numbers will be shared with all viewers via email. Colorado-based participants will have until 01:27 pm to purchase a ticket. (per Colorado lottery website)
Mid-day break:
IMPORTANT: Do NOT check online for the winning numbers before we reconvene at 3:00 pm over Zoom. The reason for this will be discussed in the morning session.
PART B:
- 2:30 pm - Feedback will be sent to each viewer via email. Each will do their feedback session, then e-mail an image of their feedback session transcript (What's that? Click here) to Sean before 3:00.
- 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Zoom meeting to announce the actual winning numbers and have discussion.
Schedule of the Phase 2 event (Powerball prediction):
This is a two-day event for predicting the Powerball using ARV similar to Phase 1. Because it's drawn at 8:59 pm MST, we'll do Part B the following morning. Because of the large team size, more time is required to analyze/judge each transcript. The two-day schedule is below:
PART A (Saturday):
PART B (Sunday):
